A concert tour for the film Jurassic Park has been announced for the end of this year in the UK. Celebrating it’s 25th anniversary. The film will be screened alongside a live performance of John Williams original film score by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ben Palmer .
The film was originally released in 1993 and is based on a novel by Michael Crichton and centres around a genetic project cloning dinosaurs on the island of Isla Nublar. At the time, went on to be the highest-grossing in the world before being surpassed by Titanic in 1998 and was lauded as a landmark in computer generated imagery and animatronic visual effects. It’s success led to three commercially successful sequels with a fourth, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, due this summer in June.
